Why families in Saudi Arabia choose online lessons
Many families living in the Kingdom already have access to Quran teaching in school or at a local halaqa. Parents tell us they choose online one-to-one lessons when they want more individual attention, a teacher who explains in English, or a fixed schedule that fits around school and work.
A simple timezone
Saudi Arabia uses Arabia Standard Time all year, with no clock changes. Lessons are booked in your local time, and the schedule stays the same throughout the year.
The Saudi week and Ramadan
The weekend in Saudi Arabia falls on Friday and Saturday, and many families prefer lessons on those days. During Ramadan, daily routines often shift later into the evening. Tell us before Ramadan starts and we can try to move lessons to a time that suits your family's routine during the month.
For children and adults
Children can start from the Arabic letters with Noorani Qaida, build fluent reading, then move on to Tajweed or memorisation. Adults, including professionals working in the Kingdom, can book private lessons at times around their working hours.
Accountability
Every lesson is delivered through our MAKTAB platform, supervised by our floor administration team and recorded. Parents of children receive a monthly PDF progress report.

Watch
Quran Reading
Noorani Qaida with Tajweed, Lesson 1: The Single Letters (Mufradat), Part A
The first video in our Noorani Qaida series. It introduces the single Arabic letters (Mufradat) one at a time, the very first step towards reading the Quran, and gives parents and beginners a clear feel for how our teachers explain each stage before you book a free trial. Parents can watch it with their child to see what the very first stage of reading looks like and how letters are introduced one by one. In live lessons the same first stage is taught one-to-one, with the teacher listening to the learner and correcting pronunciation straight away, so mistakes do not become habits. When the single letters are secure, learners move on to joined letters, vowel marks and, in time, fluent Quran reading.
